A reputable Real Estate Development organisation is inviting applications to fill the above vacancy.

The IT Manager shall report to the Director of Administration.

Job Purpose:
Provide managerial and technical support of ICT systems, ensuring that they are available, secured and in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement ICT policies to ensure effective and efficient use of the Company's investments in ICT
•  Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware, software and networking systems
•  Advise the Management and ICT users on ICT - related issues where required
•  Manage the Local Area Network (LAN), ensuring that all computers get access to available resources with the LAN
•  Progressively develop the intranet of the company to enhance access and sharing of information
•  Provide training of staff on the effective use of ICT resources
•  Keep proper records on the company's ICT equipment and resources
•  Oversee the technical support and maintenance of the telephone system
•  Ensure that relevant data backups are regularly taken to prevent possible data loss
•  Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time-to-time

Qualification Required & Experience

BSc in computer science or its equivalent
