This is an
Automobile sales position where agents will explain our programs and products to prospective clients.
We will provide free Training and afterwards you will be supported to sell
The main responsibilities of the salespersons are to sell cars by overcoming objections.
They will greet customers in a prompt and professional businesslike manner wherever they encounter customers. This may be at the customer’s location/premises, showroom, outside on the lot.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via face-to-face, meetings, telephone calls and Email.
• visiting potential customers to prospect for new orders
• gathering market and customer information;
• negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers
• advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• liaising with headoffice to check on the progress of existing orders;
• recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Manager in the end of the day
• reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements
• making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Expected to dress in a neat and business-like manor and be organized always.
• must have legible hand writing skills and good communication skills.
• Prior car sales experience is not required, but may be a plus.
COMPENSATION
Very attractive commissions and incentives awaits you. This position starts with a 3months probation on commission and after the 3months successful candidates will be awarded a full-time position with a starting pay of
Ghc 500 plus incentives and bonuses (as high as
ghc 1,500/month)
