Job Vacancy For Assistant Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities include:-
. Assist with the implementation of effective HR Policies and Procedures that meet legal compliance, foster high levels of staff engagement as well as high performance towards the achievement of the organization objectives
. Develop mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of Human Resource interventions and produce regular reports on key HR performance indicators to ensure consistent service delivery in line with agreed standards
. Ensure effective learning and development interventions, recruitment, health and safety administration, and monitor HR polices through an HR dashboard that tracks HR activities in the key result areas staff engagement, competency and capacity building.
Eligible Applicants must have:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field. An MBA (HRM option) or related professional certification (e.g. IHRMP, PHR or CIPD) will be an advantage
. At least 5 years of professional experience across the HR disciplines, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development and conflict resolution.
. Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, Strong interpersonal, communication, report writing and presentation skills.
