A reputable financial institution requires the services of a results-oriented person to join its Human Resources Team as:- Human Resources Business Partner

The Role

As a strategic business partner,the successful candidate will work closely with Line Managers to drive the achievement of business unit and overall Bank's objectives through the implementation of the human resources strategy, policies and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

. Prepare human resources forecasts in consultation with business unit line managers.
. Manage strategic resourcing initiatives for the business unit.
. Facilities performance and talent management programmes in the business unit.
. Work closely with line managers to monitor capacity building initiatives that are directed to continuous on the job learning and staff career development.
. Champion and enforce the Bank's human resources policies and procedure s within the business unit.
. Oversee the roll-out of human resources led organizational development interventions in the business unit.

Qualifications,Knowledge,Experience and Skills

. A masters degree in human resources management or industrial/organizational psychology.
. 5 years experience in human resources relationship management at a senior level,preferably in multinational organization.
. Generalist human resources expertise in strategic resourcing,performance and management ,reward management,industrial relations,change management and organizational development.
. A strong business acumen and consulting ability.
. The ability to establish relationship at all levels.
. An overriding service-delivery mentality with the ability to take a 'hands on' approach to developing human resources interventions.
