Responsibilities

•   Build, implement, maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS)
•   Supervise corrective and preventive actions at all units (Business & Support Functions)
•   Work closely with the superiors and colleagues for building quality management system
•   Setting up, application, maintenance and improvement of quality management system
•   Plan and organize internal quality audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions
•   Plan and implement management review meetings on periodic basis as defined in QMS
•   Responsible for considering all the quality management system documents before submitting to superiors for approval
•   Define process and ensure the compliance of the process across the organization
•   Ensure the continuous review and improve the quality processes, procedures and guidelines
•   Identify process improvements at projects and organization level

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least a First Degree in Business Administration plus a minimum of 4 Years post-qualification Administrative and Management experience 2 of which must be in companies of similar business and/or environment. A post graduate degree with the stated experience may be an added advantage.
•   5 + yrs. Experience with good knowledge of CMMI, ISO standards
•   Bachelor’s degree
•   Should be familiar with various Software Development Life Cycles (Water Fall Model, V Model, SCRUM & Iteration Model Etc.,)
•   Should have done at least 2 – 3 CMMI, ISO standard implementations
