AIR is looking to pursue numerous business opportunities in Ghana and invites applications for senior and mid-level position above.

The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will support the Chief of Party (COP) in overall project management and implementation.

•  Candidates should possess strong management, administrative and writing skills, in addition to experience living and working in Africa.
•  The DCOP will provide strategic leadership and managerial direction to ensure the timely and quality completion of all program technical and financial deliverables and reports in accordance with USAID guidelines.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Candidates should have a Master's degree in public administration, finance, or in a related field with a minimum of 10 years professional experience of which seven years should be in the administration of donor-funded programs.
•  Demonstrated success managing and leading technical and administrative teams for USAID funded projects
