AIR is looking to pursue numerous business opportunities in Ghana and invites applications for senior and mid-level position above.

The MIS Advisor will support the Ministry of Education (MOE) to develop, deploy and/or integrate a Management Information System (MIS) for its education programs.

•  She/he will collaborate with the MOE,  other stakeholders, and cooperating partners to design and implement user-friendly MIS that provides high quality and secured data and is compatible with systems in other government ministries.
•  She/he will work to increase MOE demand for quality information, use of data as a tool for evidence-based decisions;
•  Help the project to demonstrate that project interventions result in observable and measurable improvement in the education services;
•  Lead MIS/ICT training workshops for MOE staff responsible for this area.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Candidates must have a Master's in one of the following or related fields.
•  Management Information Systems, Technology Policy and Telecommunication; and must demonstrate 5 year(s) of relevant experience actively managing projects which would include utilization and strengthening of MIS/ICTs
