AIR is looking to pursue numerous business opportunities in Ghana and invites applications for senior and mid-level position above.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial systems and procedures in compliance with 22 CFR 226 (the Code of Federal Regulations), USAID and AIR policies, and local laws and regulations.

She/he ensures the flow of reliable, consistent and timely financial information for decision-making and adequate funds control.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management; a Masters Degree in one of these fields is preferred.
•  Candidates should have a minimum of five years demonstrated experience in financial management of complex development projects including those of USAID.
•  Familiarity with US government cost-accounting standards, GAAP, and Ghanaians accounting practices is required as well as knowledge of Ghanaian laws regarding contracts, payments, payrolls, taxes and local reporting requirements; expertise in use of Quick Books and standard Microsoft Office programs is preferred
