Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•   Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
•   Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
•   Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit. Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

•   Supervising staff of the department to keep abreast with the changes in financial regulations and legislation
•   Establish guidelines and forecast preparation and prepare the annual budget in consultation with other management team

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of MBA in Finance/CA or fully qualified accountant
•   2 to 5 years working experience in the Finance Department of a bank or other financial institution
•   Knowledge in the Bank of Ghana reporting standards and have accounting experience
•   Excellent eye for details, diligent, knowledge in accounting regulations.
