A. Academic Qualifications

•  A minimum of a bachelor's Degree-Accounting with a 4 years experience in a similar capacity perferably in a financial institution
•  A qualified member-ICAG/ACCA/CIMA will be an added advantage.

B. Other key skills & competencies

•  High sense of integrity and a strong moral consciense
•  Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing pronciples
•  Fair and firm
•  A solid grasp of the regulatory and legal directives in the rural banking industry
•  Conversant with operational risk, IT Audit, etc.
