Description Of Job

•  Perform financial and operational audits and evaluate systems of internal control.
•  Review the sustainability, accuracy and reliability of financial information.
•  Ability to prepare risk assessments, annual audit planning and develop risk-based audit programmes.
•  Prepare accurate and concise audit reports.
•  Supervise and manage the Audit Department.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting with at least Ten (10) years working experience, preferably, in the the manufacturing industry.
•  A Masters Degree plus a membership of ICA or a related professional body would be an advantage.
•  Knowledge of auditing and accounting practices
•  Considerable knowledge of International Standards For The Professional Practice of Internal Auditing And Code Of Ethics developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
•  The preferred candidate must also possess excellent communication skills.
