Senior Software Engineer

•  Looking for senior engineers to complement a growing team.
•  Building distributed high performance apps across multiple countries and devices that can scale.
•  Unique opportunity to work in one of Ghana’s biggest and most amibtious software shops. API, Java, GWT, datamodeling, design, performance are the key work areas with primary focus on Java/PHP.
•  You must be smart & creative with strong analytical skills and good experience.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  BSc. Computer Science and three years experience in similar position.
•  Experience with different programming languages, techniques and tools, preferably on large software projects.
•  Ability to write and maintain complex and/or abstract portions of code (frameworks, libraries).
•  Strong grasp of computer performance and security.
•  Excellent troubleshooting skills.
•  Experience in software configuration, deployment, refactoring.
•  Must have a "get things done" attitude.
•  Strong analytic skills, with attention to detail.
•  Self-motivated and independent thinker.
•  Keeps a cool head when under pressure.
•  Curious and willing to learn.
