Job Vacancy For Field Sales Person



A reputable and growing international company seeks to hire an experienced Field Sales Person on a contract basis to join its team. There is a possibility of full-time employment for the successful candidate.  The preferred candidate primary job will be to identify potential customers and sell company products.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

•   Plan and organize work schedule to contact existing and potential customers such as Event Planners, Caterers, Hotels, Markets, and individuals hosting an event.
•   Listen and gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
•   Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person and via emails, telephone calls and other relevant communication channels.
•   Visit current and potential clients to demonstrate use of product, show samples and take orders.
•   Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
•   Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing and new products
•   Provide information by submitting weekly result and report
•   Contribute to team effort by achieving sales target and sharing best practices with team members.
•   Cash handling, inventory management and public speaking.
•   Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education, Personality and Experience

•   Minimum HND or Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
•   Well-spoken, convincing and people oriented.
•   Knowledge of principles and practices of sales will be an advantage.
•   Possess excellent customer service skills.
•   Proven ability to achieve goals and sales targets.
•   High level of integrity and excellent work ethics.
•   Physically in shape and able to work long hours.
•   Good time management skills and reliable.
•   Comfortable working all day in the field generating sales.
