Silver Star Auto Limited is a reputable automobile company which is seeking applications from self-motivated and hardworking professionals to fill the position of a Sales Executive. The applicants should be conversant and residing within these designated areas: Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi.

PURPOSE
To achieve the sales objectives and goals defined by the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Promote and sell products to achieve sales target set.
•   Prospect for new customers and assist clients in the showroom
•   Issue Proforma invoice based on approved price and signed off by the General Manager.

•   Request for ex-warehousing for showroom/ Regional depots, etc.
•   Ensure timely dispatch of drivers for ex-warehoused vehicles and management of same for transportation of new vehicles to the Regional depots.
•   Prepare end of week Stock and Sales Report-every Friday.
•   Take physical Stock of vehicles from your operational areas by models, chassis and quantity.
•   Ensure that vehicles on display are clean at all time.
•   Assist in any promotional activities of vehicles.
•   Monitor and provide bi-monthly competitive information on vehicles.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related discipline from any accredited institution
•   The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in sales management within the designated areas, preferably in an automobile industry.
•   He must be conversant with the application software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of the Internet.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

•   Thorough knowledge of vehicles, preferably Korean and Chinese vehicles.
•   Knowledge of dealing with customers.
•   Hold a valid driving license

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

•   Good written and verbal communication skills.
•   Should have technical knowledge of the product and strong convincing powers to sell the products.
•   Ability to interact with variety of individuals up to top-level management.
