Job Vacancy For Partnership for Education: Funding, Capacity Assessment and Audit At Chemonics International



Chemonics International Inc, a leading international consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., is seeking expressions of interest from senior-and mid-level speciaists focused on institutional capacity building, organizational capacity assessment, and financial auditing in Ghana for an anticipated four-year USAID/Ghana-funded program to strengthen and support the institutional and financial management capacity of governmental and non-governmental entities in Ghana’s education sector.

Chemonics is currently looking for qualified individuals in the following areas of expertise:

•  Organizational capacity building;
•  Financial management;
•  Grants-under-contract management;
•  Institutional capacity assessment;
•  Financial auditing and reporting;
•  Project reporting and communication;
•  Monitoring and evaluation;
•  Other related areas, including ICT.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Masters degree in finance, business, institutional development, or relevant specialty area or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field;
•  Demonstrated experience in specified technical sector (minimum 5 years);
•  Experience on USAID or other donor-funded programs highly preferred and experience working with nongovernmental organizations, national and local governments, and/or the private sector required;
•  Outstanding leadership, management, and interpersonal skills;
•  Fluency in English required.
