Toptech Transport and Logistics Ltd is a leading road safety, transport and logistics consulting company.

Job Responsibilities :

•  Responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day processing of work internally with the operations of the company
•  Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and agencies
•  Work with members of staff to identify and advance any opportunities to improve performance of companies goals
•  Administration and upkeep of the client services database
•  Assist other members of the team with their administration and communication with clients
•  Handle client enquiries and transactional needs via phone and email effectively and efficiently.
•  Be responsible for marketing the company’s products
•  Consolidate clients’ feedback and seek to improve service quality
•  Able to explain basic concepts and product features to clients
•  Assist in maintaining client relationships and answering clients' enquiries on investment products and market movement
•  Day to day account operations of all clients using accounting software “QuickBooks”
•  Develop strong client relationships and build client loyalty through consistent delivery of error-free and timely service to meet their needs
•  Preparation of monthly reports of clients
•  To liaise with branch offices and the Head office
•  To assist in disseminating information to our clients and to the general public.
•  Be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Must have good competency with the following programmes: Ms Word, Excel  and PowerPoint
•  Must be a holder of at least HND in Marketing
•  Must have an accounting background
•  Good team player
•  Be self motivated
•  Display organizational awareness and commitment
•  Good interpersonal skills
