•  Must have  Bsc degree / HND in accounting
•  Must have at least two years working experience
•  Must be willing to work for long or extra hours
•  Must possess qualities of a leader
•  Must be able to control / direct workers to do the right thing
•  Must be between the ages of 28 - 40 years
