Dredge Masters Limited (DML), a leading provider of dredging services, seeks to recruit highly motivated, experienced and passionate professionals for the roles of: Excavator Operators

Duties:

•   Safe operation of excavator/backhoe/forklift
•   Handling and/or moving material
•   Knowledge of the excavator/backhoe loading requirements; load charts; critical picks
•   Effectively communicate to all site personnel
•   Maintain daily logs of equipment usage, maintenance, etc.
•   Daily maintenance of equipment
•   Identify, report and correct hazards
•   Perform tasks maintaining all health, safety and environmental rules and ensure all work is done in a manner which enhances the safety of the work environment

Qualification Required & Experience

•   SHS Certificate or its equivalent from a recognized institution
•   Minimum of 5 years continuous working experience in similar position as an excavator operator
•   Must be physically fit, have good eye sight and able to work for longer hours
•   Have a valid license to operate an excavator
•   Ability to operate a pay loader is an advantage
