A rural bank located in the Brong Ahafo region has a vacancy for the General Manager.

Under the supervision of the board of Directors, the General Manager will among other things:

•   Implement policy decisions of the Bank
•   Prepare Annual Plans and budgets for the Bank's operations
•   Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Bank
•   see to the accurate preparation of reports to Bank of Ghana, ARB Apex Bank Ltd, External Auditors in a timely manner
•   Develop staff capacity building plans and see to its implementation
•   Be able to develop and implement comprehensive loan recovery plans when necessary
•   Supervise and monitor staff performance
•   Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the board

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The applicant must at least hold a first degree in BSc Administration Accounting option, BCom or any relevant professional qualification in Accounting, Banking and Finance
•   The applicant must have at least eight(8) years of working experience in a senior position in the finance and banking industry
•   The applicant must be at least 35 years of age but not more than 55
•   The applicant must be willing to sign a performance contract for at least two(2) years
