Description Of Job

•  Work as a member of Medical Team to provide health care and to monitor and evaluate patient care.
•  Collaborate with other disciplines and health care staff to ensure optimum care for clients/patients.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Registered Nurse (Diploma) who has Physician/Medical Assistant Qualification.
•  Postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty

Knowledge:    

•  Knowledge of patients’ rights and responsibilities
•  Knowledge of Health and Safety
•  Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance issues
•  Broad working knowledge of primary care/ emergency services
•  Broad knowledge of current health trends
•  Broad knowledge and competency in District Health and Sub-
•  District Health Care services and referral
•  Knowledge and competency in basic surgical procedure

Skills:           

•  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
•  Ability to work, lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team.
•  Ability to organize workload and work under pressure to meet
•  tight deadlines.
•  Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative.
•  Computer skills.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills
