A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti region is looking to hire a new General Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess a university degree in business related field or any relevant professional qualification from a recognised institution. (ACCA, CA, ACIB and CIM)
•   At least ten (10) years post qualification experience in the banking industry, five of which must be in rural banking environment.
•   Must have seven (7) years at managerial position
•   Age must not be below 45 years
•   Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in data analyses and banking software, with knowledge in T24 software.
•   Excellent management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills.
•   High sense of integrity, responsibility, and positive attitude toward financial management.
•   Good interpersonal communication and self management skills
•   Good knowledge about the Bank of Gna prudential returns.
