We are a reputable financial institution with nationwide branch network currently recruiting for Relationship Managers to join our SME team.

The Relationship Manager provides extremely high levels of customer service to our small and medium scale enterprise clienst and is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the client relationship. In addition, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for the marketing and sale of the bank's SME products aimed at maximum contribution to the growth and profit of the bank without exposing it to undue risk.

If you have very good knowledge of the full range of banking operations and products solutions, credit appreciation (Understanding of credit appraisal and evaluation), experience in analyzing data, trends and client information to identify product or service cross - sale opportunities, highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills in a sales environment, communication skills (oral and written), very good marketing and sales skills, analytical and problem - solving skills coupled with decision making ability we will be delighted to hear from you.

Your core responsibilities will be to provide high levels of customer service to our small and medium scale enterprise clients, generating revenue to meet targets assigned to the SME portfolio of the bank, developing facility pricing of SME debt portfolio and cross-sell directly attributable to each debt facility to achieve a set target for portfolio Return on Economic Capital (ROEC) of SME portfolio, effectively managing any impairment in the SME portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance for all clients and transactions, ensuring full compliance with documentation and policies perfection of security in line with terms of credit sanctions prior to disbursement of credit facilities.
