Job Responsibilities:

•   Supervising the activities of field (Branch) Credit officers
•   Collation and reconciliation of field Credit reports
•   Preparation of regular Prudential Returns and portfolio analysis for management information

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree from a recognised institution in Agriculture , Social Science, Administration or a related field of study
•   Final certificate from a recognised professional body eg. ACCA, ICA,CIB(Gh)
•   Four (4) years relevant work  experience in the field of Credit
•   MBA qualification will be an added advantage
•   Applicants with MBA qualification need a minimum of two (2) years working experience

Competencies and skills

•   Strong Communication and people skills including presentation skills
•   Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, other applications
•   Strong management and organisational skills
•   Demonstration of creativity and business acumen
•   Excellent leadership and decision making skills
•   Excellent administrative and supervision skills
•   Good team player
•   Excellent working orientation and good knowledge in Rural Banking
•   Should have knowledge in credit risk management
•   Should have competence in appraising credit facilities
•   Should have knowledge in microfinance Should have an action plan for loans I overdraft recovery
