Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree from a recognised institution
•   A minimum of five (5) years working experience in Branch Operations in a Rural Banking environment
•   MBA qualification will be an added advantage
•   Applicants with MBA qualification need a minimum of two (2) years working experience

Requirements

•   Excellent communication skills
•   Excellent interpersonal skills
•   Knowledge in periodic prudential returns preparation
•   Working knowledge in T24 Banking software application
•   Ability to instill discipline among staff
•   Knowledge in computer applications relevant to the Rural banking environinent
•   Should be a team leader
•   Should have understanding of Branch Internal Controls
•   Should have passion for deposit mobilisation
