Job Vacancy For Facilities & Estates Officer



A fast growing real estate company in Ghana is looking for a Facilities & Estates Officer.

The candidate must be able to:

•   Prepare work schedules, costing and operational plans for management of residential estates.
•   Liaise and coordinate with residents associations and company legal terms for efficient management of estates.
•   Coordinate and implement statutory and support services for estates.
•   Manage the provision of other estate services such as renting, services contract, repairs and maintenance, complaints and other services.
•   Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or First degree in Estate Management or a related field, with between 3 - 6 years work experience.

Skills and Abilities:

•   Abilities to negotiate with people at all levels
•   Must have excellent people skills
•   Must be able to express him/herself well, both spoken and written
•   The ability to work within a team is another essential pre-requisite
