Job Vacancy For Transaction Support Manager (TAS 002)
A leading professional services firm that offers exciting careers and opportunities is looking for competent professionals to fill vacancy in Transaction Advisory Services. The successful applicants shall have the opportunity to work across disciplines within Assurance and Advisory Services.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Transaction Support Manager shall:
• Participate in due diligence engagement related to transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers
• Analyse the financial and operational results of companies targeted for sale by reviewing accounting records and participating in or leading interviews with management
• Assist in managing engagement economics by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders, ensuring that work complies with our Risk Management procedures
• Participate in business development initiatives
• Create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and support their development.
Qualification Required & Experience
To qualify, candidates must have:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field
• An MBA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or other recognised professional qualification
• A strong project management skills
• A good grash of purchase accounting
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Understanding of Risk Management procedures
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well within a team
• Effective written and verbal communication (English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
