Job Summary

•   The PROJECT MANAGER (PM) is the MBA pivot. S/He is expected to start and scale the MBA.
•   Above everything else, s/he must be passionate about developing new projects; s/he must be excited about doing new things.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Possesses at least a Master’s in Business Administration /MBA or an equivalent professional qualification.
•   Should have Marketing and Accounting skills.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

•   Candidate must at least have two or more years of work experience in Project Management as lead person.
•   Two or more years of work experience in leading teams of at least two or more people.

SKILLS

•   Ability to speak and communicate in English fluently with strong public relations skills.
•   Ability to work with International staff.
•   Must have the energy and drive with leadership and authority
•   Ability to work with tight schedules and take lead under pressure
•   Must have a problem solving attitude and be result oriented
•   Should be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and other software (Skype).
