Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Reports to: The General Manager

Job Role

Your main role is to drive profitable business growth for The Resort through our four (4) profit centers;

•   Banqueting/ Conferencing/ Events, Rooms & Restaurant) through mainly;
•   Managing a Sales Pipeline that clearly shows The Resort’s prospective Income Position within a period.
•   Being responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities of The Resort.
•   Developing and implementing monthly sales strategy to drive sales aggressively.
•   Preparing daily, weekly and monthly call reports for the General Manager.
•   Introducing new ideas for product development.
•   Undertake periodic market and industry research and inform management.
•   Managing key client relationships.
•   Preparing a complete and up to date client database.
•   Setting up and managing Sales Channels, both direct and in-direct.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a HND required
•   At least 2-3 years working experience in a Sales capacity.
•   Knowledge of the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
