Responsibilities will include teaching a varied schedule of IB Middle Years Programme and IB Diploma Programme classes (as well as some IGCSE), developing meaningful opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and after school activities and support.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   As an applicant you must have a teacher certification and ideally a minimum of two years teaching experience within the MYP and/or DP
•   Enthusiasm and commitment to the IB mission statement and MYP/DP frameworks
•   Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in groups
•   Strong organizational skills, including time management
•   Interest and proficiency in IT
•   Native or near native English proficiency
•   Have good ICT skills
•   Be willing to commit to the traditions and philosophy of TIS which includes among others genuine appreciation of adolescents and their challenges and the will to give them pastoral guidance
•   Be willing to fulfill common boarding school duties, including coaching or teaching
