Job Summary

•   The Quality Assurance Co-ordinators will assist in ensuring compliance with the company's food quality policy.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Possess a BSc. qualification in Biological Sciences or Laboratory Technology
•   Have at least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in food testing
•   Be computer literate and numerate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
•   Have experience with implementation of corrective actions
•   Have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
•   A certificate in HACCP and/or Quality Audit would be an advantage

Candidates must also:

•   Be able to work with little or no supervision
•   Have serious attention to detail
•   Have good communication skills - verbal and written
•   Have good knowledge of data collection, management and analysis
•   Have problem analysis and problem-solving skills
•   Have sound planning and organising skills
•   Be a team player
