The key responsibilities include:
• Proactively engage with customers to better understand their overall concerns and explore the specific issues related to competence, roll-out, O&Metc...
• Drive services strategy for the key oppportunities
• Understand the technical solution/offering by working closely with core-3 team and translate it to service requirements/offerings
• Work closely with operations team in terms of explaining the requirements and needed input
• Review the service costing and time plans from operations and make necessary adjustments
• Prepare cutover/migration plans for transformation from SDH to IP/Ethernet/DWDM, POTS to XDSL/xPON and swap of competitor long hual microwave with Ericsson long haul microwave solution
• Organize site/field surveys, fiber testing
• Review training/learning proposals and customize according to the scope of offered solution and customer competence needs
• Provide the sanitized services costing input to core-3 team for OPCM
• Perform the TCO analysis if needed
• Be a mentor to the organization be aware of financial performance and other key perforamec indicators as per EP & FBC Balance score cards (BSCs)
Qualification Required & Experience
To be successful in this role, we are looking for people with broad experience working in fixed broadband & convergence area, especially DWDM, GPON, Long Hual microwave and IP. Hands on experience from deployment/Project.
Management in any of these technologies/systems will be a great advantage.
• BE telecom
• Extensive experience (Project Management, O&M, services sales) from any of the below systems
• DWDM, GPON, Long Haul microwave, IP
• Experienced in understanding key strategic customer issues
• Financial acumen to put together commercial proposal, business case analysis
• Good working knowledge about tools like Verdi and OPCM PM certification
