Our client is an international provider of food and agricultural products and services with more than 100,000 employees in more than 50 countries. The company is present in the cocoa sourcing sector in Ghana. Our client is seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals with integrity, conviction and courage for the position of: Cocoa Supply Chain Agent

Duties:

•   Pick-up and deliver purchased cocoa beans from respective locations within the district to the district Warehouse
•   Ensure that the assigned vehicle is handled with utmost care. You are cautioned to avoid reckless driving and unnecessary over-speeding
•   Reminded to conduct planned preventive maintenance service at recommended periods to prolong the useful life of the vehicle
•   Ensure to keep the vehicle neat at all times
•   Responsible for all the loading team in your care
•   Submit daily report to the District Supply Chain Lead on beans picked and delivered to the District Warehouse
•   Responsible for all clerical duties related to the job
•   Enforce the safety, food safety, equipment safety, fire protection, security rules and takes all necessary actions to maintain a safe, food safe, secured environment

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or First Degree in any Discipline
•   Likes to work on the field
•   Ability to develop and manage good working relationships with internal departments contractors, suppliers, inspectors and customers
•   Ability to apply company policies and procedures in the areas of health, safety, environmental and food safety
•   Trustworthiness
•   Ability to drive trucks with valid driver's license
