Idiama Systems Solutions is recruiting a network of nationwide agents that will provide services to mobile phone subscribers, to directly sell and recharge airtime of any denomination, from any operator, at any time, using a single device.

Job Summary

•   Idiama Systems Solutions is Ghana's premier electronic voucher distribution and virtual top-up platform.

•   As part of our expansion activities, there is an immediate need to hire freelance Sales and Marketing Agents, who will handle

ALL DISTRICTS AND AREAS IN ACCRA REGION.

Duties and Responsibilities :

•   Prospecting and selling company's products services to our target audience.
•   Reporting daily and directly to the sales and distribution manager in our organization or to the immediate supervisor.
•   This is a 100% field job , no office duties will be involved
•   Friendly and street smart representatives will thrive in this job and are encouraged to apply.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a Minimum of SHS , O Level , A level , Diploma or HND Certificate
•   Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•   Must be confident, self motivated and proactive.
•   Must be a team player and work with minimum or no supervision

REMUNERATION:

•   Commissions are paid per agent recruited, in addition to other incentives for top performers.
