Key Responsibilities

•   Be accountable for the aggregate plan and delivery of credit systems, operations and maintenance and the general operation model in the company
•   Coordinate the efforts of the different operational area under management to ensure minimal duplication of effort, maximum efficiency and to maximise value for money.
•   Analyse effectiveness of processes and systems for the company and recommend corrective action or automation
•   To be an integral part and driver of the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting of business requirements and decision making process
•   Accountable for driving the business model under the COO environment (Ops, IT, Credit, Properties, Merchant Services)

Qualification Required & Experience

•   B. Degree (Hons), MBA or professional qualification will be an advantage
•   At least 5 to 8 years general operations and credit management experience at senior level
•   Planning, organising, deciding, initiating, leading and supervising
•   Analysing, creating and innovating
