Key Responsibilities

•   Achieve set sales & service targets and monitor their progress
•   Develops, expands and manages account relationships with clients
•   Cross-sells all bank products and services
•   Manages loans within loan portfolio and monitors customers financial condition, loan performance and repayment history.
•   Takes appropriate corrective action as necessary

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A BSc. in Bus Admin or related field, MBA or professional qualification will be an advantage
•   3 years experience with in depth knowledge of the banking industry
•   Results ability to meet sales targets and production goals
•   Excellent organisation skills, driven and customer focused

Location: Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi and Koforidua
