Job Summary

The Sales Manager shall report to the Branch Manager

Performance Expectations:

•   Recruit, train, manage and retain sales team to achieve set targets according to performance contract.
•   Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your sales team.
•   Build sales teams, manage sales of company's products and achieve set targets
•   Report on performance according to set timelines

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least 4 years experience sales life insurance sales experience will be an advantage with any of the following qualifications.
•   HND or BSc/BA in Marketing.
•   HND in Marketing
•   Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College or the CII-UK will be an advantage

Location: Accra, Kasoa, Tema, Takoradi, Kumasi, Sunyani, Cape Coast, Spintex, Ho, Koforidua, Tamale
