Description Of Job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  New accounts opening
•  Deposit mobilization (field collection)
•  Cross selling of products/services
•  Build strong customer base
•  Daily accounting for field activities and reporting to the supervisor
•  Exhibit good interpersonal skills with customers

Qualification Required & Experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•  Must have worked for a period not less than two (2) years in a similar role
•  Effective time management skills
•  Aggressive selling skills

Ability to:

•  provide efficient customer service
•  handle difficult people and tense situations with diplomacy and tact
•  identify business opportunities
•  develop, establish and build relationships with current and prospective clients
•  promote, market and explain products and services with confidence and authority
•  provide excellent customer service

QUALIFICATION

Higher National Diploma (HND), Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) or SSCE with passes in English, Mathematics and Integrated science.
