Intercity State Transport Corporation (STC), the giant state transport company in Ghana in partnership with Prudential Solutions is now revitalizing it's Parcel delivery services and is recruiting dedicated and result oriented individuals to fill the roles below: Customer Service Executives

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Developing knowledge of products and services offered by company
•   Providing feedback to the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs
•   Answering phones and responding to customer requests
•   Providing customers with product and service information
•   Serving as liaison between the customer and various departments
•   Following up customer inquires not immediately resolved
•   Following up to ensure that customer issues are properly resolved.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND/Diploma in Marketing or Management or Professional qualification from a recognised institution

Qualities

•   Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•   Strong relationship building skills
•   Excellent customer service skills
•   Effective time management skills
