BEIGE Academy is a special purpose institution, established for training and career development. It is the learning and development arm of the BEIGE Group, but also serves the general public.

The Academy is currently inviting young graduates to enroll in its Graduate Talent Development Programme: The BEIGE Talent.

To qualify you must:

•   Have a First Degree with a good class
•   Have excellent relationship skills
•   Have good mathematical skills
•   Have a passion and drive for achievement
•   Have completed National Service
•   Be 25 years or below
