A reputable organisation in Tema, is seeking to recruit suitably qualified applicants for the under-listed position: Electrical / Mechanical Technician

Job Brief

•   Operate and maintain processing machines
•   Attend to all faults during shift
•   Assist technical team to troubleshoot faults on plant machinery as and when necessary
•   Record and analyse process operating parameters during shift activities
•   Supervise maintenance of forklifts
•   Support in ordering critical spare parts

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Should possess a minimum of HND Electrical Engineering
•   Must have at least 2 years working experience in a food processing company, especially cocoa processing or any related field, with a strong knowledge in Plcs, boilers, compressors and controls systems among others
•   Eligible applicant should have a good command over the English language and must be computer literate in Microsoft office
•   Applicant should also have a strong maintenance background and should be able to work with little or no supervision
•   Applicant should be able to read, understand and interpret electrical drawings.
