IITA Ghana is seeking research staff to work on the Africa Research in sustainable intensification for the next generation (Africa RISING) project in the 3 northern regions:- Driver / Field Technician - Crop Production

Responsibilities

•   Drive project staff and partners
•   Assist with planning and harvesting of agronomic trials
•   Ensure that vehicles are properly maintained
•   Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Secondary School leaving certificate or Equivalent
•   Possession of a valid license
•   A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

Required Skills and Experience

•   A minimum of 3 or 5 years of experience in similar position
•   Possession of a valid driving license
•   Good writing and verbal communication in English
•   Knowledge of at least one native language

Location: Wa - Upper West Region
