•   Possess a Ph.D., MPhil. or a researched Masters degree in the relevant field of specialization.
•   Have considerable number of years of teaching/research experience in a University or comparable institution.
•   Have considerable number of publications since. appointment as Lecturer.
•   Produce evidence of any other research/professional activity.
