Job Description:

Successful candidates will be expected to teach and research and offer any other academic and administrative services to the University and its publics.

Qualification Required & Experience

A candidate seeking appointment as associate professor must:

•   Possess a PhD in the relevant field of specialization.
•   Have taught for a minimum of four (4) years as a senior lecturer.
•   Have at least fifteen (15) publications in refereed journals since appointment as a lecturer; at least five (5) of which should have been published after promotion to senior lecturer.
•   Membership of a recognised professional body will be an added advantage
•   Provide other evidence of research / professional activity / products / invention.
