Duties and Responsibilities

•   Handling telephone and email request.
•   Receives requests for measurement and redirects for necessary action
•   Receives customer complaints and redirects to appropriate authority
•   Conducts customer survey.
•   Update customers on the status of their order
•   Tracking measurement requests.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Qualification: MET PART 3 or HND (plant option)

The Applicant must possess the following qualities:

•   Well organized in report writing
•   Leadership qualities
•   Supervisory roles
•   Computer Literate (esp. excel  and word)
•   Must be practical and have knowledge on industrial machines (esp. mechanical and hydraulic drawing presses and corrugators)
