Job Vacancy For Human Resource Officer (Administration)
A leading roofing manufacturing company in Accra invites suitably qualified applicants to be part of their team to ensure business growth and sucess in the following specialised roles: Human Resource Officer (Administration)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supporting directors and all departments in identifying resourcing requirements and creating clear and effective job descriptions
• Ensure the implementation of staff policies, procedures and practices to comply with local regulatory employment and labour laws
• Actively managing recruitment process
• Developing/implementing and documenting HR policies
• Managing employees welfare
• Developing and maintaining a performance appraisal system
• Liaising with external institutions on corporate matters
• Supporting in positive employee and industrial relations management
• Drive the preparation of personal development plans for each member of staff
• Develop and maintain an active filling system for employees
• Handle grience and disciplinary issues
• Oversee all administrative work
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc Admin with HR option or social science
• Professional training in HR management will be an advantage plus 3 years post qualification experience
• Computer literate in full Microsoft suite.

• Ability to handle conflict effectively, be fair and firm

• Good persuasive and influencing skills
