Description Of Job

Successful applicant shall be responsible but not limited to the following:

•  Provide generalist HR advice and support to the company to fix people issues, either directly or through other members of the shared HR team.
•  Simplify, standardize and deliver HR work processes within the country, adapted to what exists, local laws, jurisprudence and culture covering:
•  Provide training and development for Union and employee relations
•  In charge of recruitment, rewards and benefits
•  Job Grading & competency families

Qualification Required & Experience

•  In dept knowledge of HR Practices, HOSACT and SHE, and registered with the CETA as service provider
•  In dept understanding of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651)
•  Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience - BA / MA in Organisational Behaviour
•  Sound knowledge of PC skills
•  Sound knowledge of SWP and Leaderships
•  Trustworthy and Independent worker
