Job Vacancy For Administrative Secretary
Duties:
• Maintains official mission accounts
• Purchasing, control of stock and inventories
• Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
• Provide secretarial or Executive services for committees
• Assist in the office of the accountant
• Service delivery (Batho Pele)
Qualification Required & Experience
Other Requirements
• A minimum of 12 years schooling plus 3 years experience as an administration clerk or accountant with administration experience. Candidates must be computer literate
