A Rural Bank in the Eastern Region of Ghana is seeking proactive and results-oriented persons for the position of Information Technology Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Installation and Maintenance of servers and clients
•   Management and Maintenance of LAN
•   Implementation of Active Directory
•   Excellent troubleshooting and solution skills
•   Provision of end user support to staff
•   System backup and recoveries
•   Configuration, maintenance and installation of hardware and software in a network (LAN) environment
•   Implementation of antivirus and malware protection

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
•   Minimum of 3 years working experience in the banking industry
•   Experience in server 2008 upwards and windows 8 upwards

COMPETENCIES

•   Ability to work with the T24 Software or any other banking software
•   Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
•   Effective oral and written communications.
