Sales Officers

To market its innovative life insurance products and will be based in:

. Accra
. Ho
. Kumasi

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and coah a group of sales representatives
. Scout for new insurance business from corporate institutions
. Develop marketing strategies to help achieve the company objectives
. Constantly keep in touch with client and address their every need
. Must have in-depth understanding of Colina Life products and be able to make presentation to a group of people

Requirement

Academic

. First Degree or Higher National Diploma(HND) from any recognized institution.
. Teacher's Diploma
. Diploma or Advance Diploma from the Ghana Insurance College

Others

. Demonstrate a High Level of knowledge in the Ghanaian Life Insurance market
. Must have a minimum of (3) years practical marketing experience in the insurance industry
. Must be customer friendly, proactive, assertive, and results oriented
. Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.

Sales Representatives

Requirements

A minimum of HND, Teacher;s Diplma / Certificate or SHS Certificate with two years working experience.

Age: 20 - 40 years

Experience in selling Life Insurance product is a plus. Applicant should have a good communication skills and should be able to work in a team.
