Job Description
• Through regular visits to customers and target account, the Sales Executive or Solutions Consultant will prospect for new business and strengthen relationships with existing accounts by demonstrating the ability to understand needs, troubleshoot problems and present solutions to increase sales.
• He or She will be responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through to closing the opportunity, plus effective follow-ups of already existing opportunities
Responsibilities
• Product demonstrations & presentations
• Doing competitive analysis
• After-sales customer support
• Complete understanding of pricing per the value of our Products & proposal models
• Demonstrate the ability to identify business owners & decision makers & carry on a business conversation with them
• Maximise all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors or enter new untapped market
• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, word, Power point & SFDC
Qualification Required & Experience
The successful candidate must have the following qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in the sciences or any Engineering field
• At least one year experience ni a relevant sales or marketing position & success attained
• Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product & industrial knowledge
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time

Salary: A monthly net salary of GHC 2,500 - GHC 4,500
